We hear it all the time. So many people complain about no time, too stressed, not enough money, etc, etc… If you complain to me, I’m sorry. You won’t get any sympathy. I would simply ask, “What are your priorities?” Because it’s obvious, you are letting other factors control your life.
I could be a cold-hearted person and say, “grow up and make your own decisions.” But I’m not. In an empathic way, I would say, “set a goal and reach it. You deserve it.”
Okay, I just lied. Catch me in a certain mood and my mouth speaks for itself. I will react and say with what I think fits the moment.
Bottom line is, SET YOUR PRIORITIES. Be proactive and do something about it. From a fitness trainer perspective, get off your butt and move it, prove it, you can do it!
Take the first step and simply call, text, email, find a way to get want you want and have a better life of health and fitness.
