Circuit Boot Camps
Work out with LA! Fitness training can also be done Circuit Boot Camp style, which is a group workout. These sessions offer a level of personal attention that a regular group class does not. With an emphasis on strength training, our Circuit Boot Camps are created to allow for people of all fitness levels to join in. We all work at our own pace, in contrast to a timed, high repetition class.
Also, you always have the option of having a fitness evaluation to understand your fitness starting point and help you set goals and achieve measurable results. Sessions are based on groups of 4 to 6 people, and are best when scheduled twice a week. Feel free to gather your own group of friends for a private group, or simply register for the next session or group.
